For standard bookings, 30% of the total amount of the reservation is charged to your credit card at the time of booking (or 50% for less than 3 nights bookings). This amount is kept as deposit and is refunded in case of early cancellation. If the booking is cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply. For cancellations later, 50% of total reservation cost will be charged. In case of late cancellation (less than 3 nights prior arrival) or non-show 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee. Mystic Villas reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
For non-refundable bookings, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The reservation is non changeable and, in case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
An unpretentious island just like Koufonisi, with calm-water beaches and a tiny road network can be the perfect place for family vacation providing both safety and enjoyment. Mystic Villas absolutely welcomes kids and the staff will try the best to make their stay unforgettable. Beach umbrellas can also be provided by us to help you protect your kids from the sun, since there are not sunbeds and umbrellas at the Koufonisi beaches. A baby crib and a baby feeding chair is available on request with prior notice.
Pets are not permitted within Mystic Villas. We can propose you another touristic complex in Koufonisi if you need to be accompanied by your furry pal. Guests with visibility problems that need to be accompanied by a service animal should let us informed in advance.
Smoking is not allowed indoors neither in private jacuzzi pools. There is a cleaning fee of 400 euros charged to any guest that violates smoking policy.
Visitors of Mystic Fire and Mystic Water are lucky enough to enjoy their private jacuzzi. Please be aware of the required rules mentioned below.
The max. depth of the private jacuzzi is 1.40m. It’s not a swimming pool.
The jacuzzi is not supervised by a lifeguard.
Its’ use is allowed only by the declared tenants.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Entrance is not allowed to those who don’t know how to swim.
Entrance with shoes is prohibited.
No food, drink, alcohol, coffee or glass items allowed.
Do not use the facilities if you have recently consumed alcohol or other substances.
No animals or pets allowed in the jacuzzi enclosure.
No jumping or diving.
Please don’t use soap or shampoo. Also, no sun cream or other lotions to be worn.
Smoking is not allowed.
Please shower before you use and enter the jacuzzi using the stairs.
No person having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection is permitted to use the jacuzzi.
Don’t swim in case of heavy rain or when hearing or seeing lightning or thunder.
For safety reasons, please enter and exit with care. No running is allowed near the jacuzzi.
All users of the jacuzzi do so at their own risk. You are advised to take your last meal at least 3 hours before using the jacuzzi.
Pregnant women, elderly persons or anyone with medical concerns should consult a doctor before entering the jacuzzi.
The management accepts no responsibility for accidents, case of personal negligence (e.g., food suction) or injury.
